Was not a fan of this one. I was hoping it would be more like magiano's spinach chicken manicotte, but nothing like it. I thought it needed a lot more falvor.

We enjoyed this. The kiddos even cleaned thier plate. Did make a few changes: did not add eggs or ham.

The filling in this is really nice - I wasn't as crazy about the sauce. I ended up adding sauteed mushrooms, sherry, more nutmeg and seasoning to it, and it turned out pretty good. Thanks! :)

My husband and I both really liked this recipe. I did have to improvise since I didn't have manicotti shells, so I used lasagna noodles and basically made roll-ups. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe, it was great.

This recipe tastes really good, but I have one suggestion. Either leave out the sauce and use a tin of marinara sauce instead, or switch the milk with cream and the chicken broth with milk. It makes a creamy, delicious sauce. p.s. It adds a lot of fat though.
