Very, very good. I should have added more milk now that I think of it. It was a little dry. My three year old LOVED it. Thanks!

I liked it! I didn't measure out the milk, just kept adding until I had the consistancy I wanted. Sauted a little garlic and one onion with the mushrooms, and added a little pesto sauce to coat the tortellini. Since some reviewers said it was thick or heavy, I didn't drain the spinach before cooking. Oh, I had some smoked cocktail sausages (hubby wants meat)so I threw them in too. Really good and I'll make this again.

My favorite recipe (so far)on this site with revisions. For more flavor: Replaced Cream cheese with cubed pepper jack cheese. Replaced garlic salt with 2 cloves garlic and sauteed with mushrooms. Added splash of oregano and basil. Added more Parmesan cheese to thicken sauce. Will definitely be making more!

My husband said this tasted good. But it wasn't especially visually appealing... it's kind of a dirty brown because of the mushrooms. The next time I make it, I will leave the mushrooms out.

Great recipe! I made this tonight as the main course for a gathering of 12 people so I DOUBLED the recipe. I omitted the mushrooms and instead sauteed 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves in only 2 TBSP of butter. I used halved cherry tomatoes in place of the chopped tomato. Very nice. I also reduced the amount of light cream cheese to 12 oz. Next time I would increase the amount of sauce (by adding milk) since the sauce reduced a bit in the crock pot. I would have preferred a little extra sauce on my plate to dip some nice crusty bread in. I highly recommend this recipe, it was well liked both by kids and adults.

Very tasty!! I did not have any tomoates, so just left it out. Substituted one clove of minced garlic for the garlic salt. We will definitely make this again!

Very very good. I did find that I had lots of sauce so next time I plan on cutting back a little on how much sauce I make, but a lovely recipe nonetheless. I skipped the mushrooms, but kept everything else and the colors from the tomato and the spinach look beautiful together. Also very good leftover so it's okay to make a lot of it.

This was so good. Like most folks, I made changes to suit my tastes...I don't like mushrooms or tomatoes, but used spinach and zucchini instead. Was out of milk so used sour cream. One of the best creamy pasta recipes I've ever made!

Good recipe! I used Herb and Garlic cream cheese as a shortcut, and it worked out nicely. The tomatoes were a nice, surprising addition and I recommend keeping them!

This was very good but somewhat heavy with all the cream cheese in this sauce. I didn't add mushrooms (kids won't eat) but added freshly ground and cooked country sausage from our local butcher. I didn't have thawed frozen spinach so I used fresh. I also added about 1/4 cup of water to slightly thin the sauce. Next time I make this I will cut back on the cream cheese.

This recipe was GREAT! My husband, who is a bit fussy, asked me to save the recipe to make again! You know it! Sadly, I did not have any mushrooms, however the rest I followed to a T (except scaled it down for two servings and increased the veggies - used light cream cheese). The only addition I would suggest - if you like it - a bit of ground red pepper... Really gives it a zip!! YUM!!

Yummy! I added some zuchinni, removed some butter, added a clove of garlic and used low fat cream cheese. Was a family favorite! I also used fresh spinich and more tomato. So.. good we will eat this more often.

oh man ! I'm from Arkansas so I had to try this recipe. If you're not from the south, there's one thing yuo don't understand and it's a potluck dinner. And I would absolutely take this. I was skeptical about the tomatoes at first, but they were the TREAT of the dish. Mine kinda cooked down to looking as if they were sundried tomatoes. Now I'm not one to measure out how much of this and how much of that, but with the ingredients I used (Rice Dream rather than milk) the dish was delish! Will absoutely do it again and again; my 2 year old SCARFED his down in no time. Also, I'm not sure how this was prescribed, but I've always seasoned my mushrooms as I cook them so that's what I did with the Italian seasoning and the salt and pepper. FIVE STARS
