So I was watching the movie Emperor's New Groove with my son and one of the characters in the movie "Kronk" Made Spinach Puffs. It sounded good so I tried this recipe and it was delicious! I make it at least once a week.

Absolutely divine! Very simple and easy to make. I made these for a toddler play date and both the mama's AND babies were delighted. Adding the eggs one at a time makes these little puffs work, this allows you to beat the egg into the gluey mixture completely. Happy to have found this one!

This is good, but definitely needs some onion & garlic to bring out the flavor! Anything made with cream puff dough (pate choux) is apt to be good. :-)

This recipe was a refreshing new take on spinach. It was a favorite among my family and I will keep it in my recipes for the holidays and to serve as an appetizer anytime during the year!!

Very good! I added some garlic powder (as I do with just about everything!) and some green onions. Instead of dropping by a spoon on to the baking sheet, I chilled the dough and rolled it into balls. It's still a little sticky, but made for better presentation. Next time, I'll try putting in the freezer for a while - I think that will make the dough easier to handle. I will definitely make these again, but try different cheeses and seasonings like cheddar with nutmeg or feta with basil.

They turned out really well, and they were pretty easy to make. They were a big hit for thanksgiving, but I found them to be really dry. Also, it is important to add the eggs one at a time because toward the last few it becomes really hard to mix it all together. I doubled the recipe and fed about 45 people. They were the best fresh out of the oven!

First of all, these look really ugly when done, I would be embarassed to serve them as an appetizer. To make them look better, I might try cooking them in a mini muffin pan instead of just in globs on a cookie sheet. The taste is good but the texture is a little chewy.

Simple and divine right out of the oven. Make sure to beat well after the addition of each egg - until the batter becomes very stiff.

This recipe was a hit at a recent get together with friends. The flavor and texture were fabulous. The first part of the recipe- when you had to add the eggs one by one was a bit labor intensive but worth it. They are definitely best served warm fresh out of the oven. Once cold they lose a little of their appeal. I would recommend this recipe if you are having folks in your home. This really isn't a fix to take with you since these little bites need to be eaten right away while warm. They were a hit and so yummy?
