I loved this recipe! I added fresh minced garlic also and a pinch of nutmeg. Really brings out the flavors! A very nice side dish and one I will be making again!

This is a really good recipe. This is the second time I've made it. The only problem I noticed (and I think I emailed you about this the first time I made it) is that under the ingredients it says to add 1.5 cups milk. No where in the recipe itself does it tell you when to add the milk. You should really make this correction and add to the recipe itself when to put in the milk. It makes sense to add the milk after mixing the butter and flour. This way when you put the cheese in to melt it becomes smooth. Just my opinion.

This smells divine while baking, but overall it lacks flavor. IF I made it again, I'd use less spinach and more spices.

I make something similar. For the person who asked when the milk goes in...After the four has been mixed with the butter, add the milk and cook until smooth.

I think it will be tasty, but where does the milk fit in? When are you supposed to add it? It's in the ingredients, but it isn't in the explanation of how to put it together?
