it was good but we all thought it could use a little spice or something to give it more flavour, maybe hoisen sauce or more soy, something. I will read more of the reviews to see what others did. Put 4 cups of spinach in because 6 seemed like a lot but it shrivels tons, next time we will use the 6 cups.

Although I made a few changes, I'm sure this recipe would be delicious as written. I couldn't find five spice powder, so I used a stir-fry package mix. I also added zucchini and red onion. I shredded the carrots, because I don't like them when they're to crisp.

I used beef broth instead of water and boullion. Double measurement for sauce.

I marinated my vegetables, too. And I used zucchini and squash and green beans from my garden. Great meal overall!

YUMMY and healthy! Woohoo. I didnt have spinach but I am sure its good with or without. I added more water cuz I have some big boys to feed. I did change the spice, I did about 1 cup water, 1-2 tsp of fajita seasoning, 1-2 tsp of beef bouillon. I served over brown rice. With some garlic bread.

This recipe was great, absolutely delicious. I did not have the five spice powder, or the exact vegetables but it turned out great anyway! Thanks for the recipe.
