Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a 2 quart casserole dish combine cheese, spinach and milk.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
