Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. Break spaghetti in half and cook according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drain spaghetti; rinse in cold water. Add to tomato mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
