I didn't really care for this recipe, I can't quite put my finger on what I didn't like for sure, it was definately lacking something. Probably won't make again :(

I added zucchini, red peppers, onions, orange peppers and no mushrooms...... I loved it....... I slow cooked it for almost 6 hours..... Next time I'm doing a little less potato and adding rice for sure. I will definitely make this dish again.

This is a terrific supper dish for a cold day ! I only used scallops and I didn't have any turmeric, but it still turned out fantastic. I think the trick is to cut the potatoes really small or they take a long time to cook. I used thawed frozen scallops and added the scallop water to the sauce for extra seafoody flavor. I can see making this again soon and trying it with shimp this time.
