Had to change it up a bit based on what I had available. First cooked bacon pieces halfway before adding sausage. Used turkey smoked sausage and just a little bit of Prego Italian Sauce (aka - spaghetti sauce) with a dash of chili powder to add that spicy kick. Everything else the same. Very tasty. Husband melted some mozzarella cheese on his. No leftovers !!
