Spicy Salmon Melt

SUBMITTED BY: EvilTadpole

"A variation on a tuna melt I came up with one night with some ingredients on hand. Great for a quick meal. The wasabi mayo adds a great kick! Adjust the amount of spice to your taste."

Didn't care for these...I'd give them no stars if I could. Turned out a little mushy on me, and I could understand wasabi with a salmon steak, just not canned. Gross.

Didn't work for my family. Wasabi doesn't go with canned salmon.
