I had leftover pot roast that I had sliced two nights ago. I buttered my rolls, put 2 or 3 slices of pot roast, thinly sliced red onion, mozzerella cheese and sliced jalapenos. Followed the directions for heating the spicy beef sandwiches. It was a hit with my husband and now I have another way of using up leftover potroast. Oh, I also heated up the aujus and we dipped our sandwiches in that.
