Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cups raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup raspberry syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In the container of a food processor or blender, combine the jalapeno pepper and red chile pepper. Pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a serving dish, and mix in the raspberry preserves, raspberry syrup and apple cider vinegar. Taste, and adjust amounts to suit your palate.
