This is the only chili I make now. I did make a few changes after I made it the first time. I just use half a can of pumpkin pie mix instead of the pumpkin puree and spices (I'm a lazy cook...), I substitute a can of Rotel in place of one of the diced tomatoes (hot or mild depending on how spicy you like), and I double the meat. I've made it with just beef or with a mix of beef and venison and both were good. It has become a favorite chili with many people I've fed it to. I've even had 2 people ask me how to make it so they can enter it in chili cook offs!!
