These are your basic fried potatoes - with a few extras! Total time depends on your own speed to peel and slice potatoes and such, and how crispy you like them. My mom always calls them 'Garbage Potatoes' because you just throw in a bunch of junk. If you don't like peppers, don't use them - throw in something else that you like.

Tired of same old, same old baked potatoes? Well bake them and then grate them and turn them into a tasty casserole with soup, sour cream, milk and cubes of cheese. Makes eight servings of good potatoes.

Slight twist to an old favorite. Chili powder gives the potatoes and onions in this recipe some zing! I make these for breakfast every Sunday, and my family loves them!

I wanted a different side dish one night, so I dressed up my usual scalloped potatoes with bacon, green onion and extra cheese. Microwaving speeds things up, but you can save even more time by preparing it a day early.
