This is a honey mustard glaze with black pepper for a little spice. You may decrease or omit the pepper if you don't want it so spicy. You can also decrease honey if it is to sweet for your taste.

The nutty flavor of caraway seeds infuses both the roast and the cabbage in this earthy one-pot meal, worthy of any wintertime dinner party. Beer and molasses add a distinctive zing to the cabbage.

I've made this very quick, simple, one dish meal for years. You can vary the crushed red pepper depending on how spicy you like it.

THIS all-in-one dish makes a meal with great flavor. It's perfect if you're cooking for one or two, but the ingredients can be multiplied to serve a larger number. My mother-in-law shared this recipe with me years ago. Quick and easy to prepare, it has been one of our family's favorites. -Tina Brown, Chico, California

Spicy Honey-Mustard Glazed Pork Ribs

Submitted by: Angela Russell
These sumptuous, habit-forming ribs can be mild, to very spicy depending on your taste. My husband and I like things HOT, and the honey, mustard, onion and spices blended together will have you beggin' for more! The ribs have a beautiful presentation and will be well-enjoyed at intimate dinners, as well as backyard barbeques.
