This was really good. I used a skirt steak and sliced into strips after marignating. Great fahita meat. Will try on a flank next.

This was excellent! I made it with Steak & Chicken and everyone agreed the marinade is much better with chicken! Great recipe! Cheers!

I am giving this a 5 because the marinade is versatile. I made this for my boyfriend a few months ago and we both really liked the flavor, but agreed that it tasted similar to something we'd had before. Finally, we figured it out....a spicy pasta salad dressing. The other day I used the marinade recipe and made an amazing pasta salad. I added more jalapenos than called for and used onion powder because I didn't have any onions on hand. If you make it too spicy just add a little extra honey or brown sugar to cool it off a bit. I used rotini pasta, cubes of coldy and cheddar cheese, grilled chicken and diced olives. It was even better cold the next day where I added some turkey bacon to give it a little crunch.

The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because I substituted the jalapeno pepper for red pepper flakes and the honey for some Splenda. My husband and I really like it. He said "make this when our son comess from college"!!

This marinade was way too overpowering and not as spicy as I'd expected.

AWESOME recipe! I made this with flank steak for Mothers Days and it was such a huge hit that I was asked to make it again for our Memorial Day BBQ. I also marinaded some jumbo shrimp in it and made kabobs. Delish!! We like our food spicier than normal so I used serrano chiles instead of jalapenos. Will definitly make this again.

We had this for a neighborhood "Ocho de Mayo" party. It was a hit and we will all do it again, definitely. I pounded the flank steak then marinated it overnight. We tend to like our food a bit more spicy, so this could use a little more fresh jalapenos w/ the seeds.

Wow! This was fabulous! I didn't change a thing. At first I thought that the grilling time was too long however I had to keep adding minutes and actually grilled it for the recommended amount of time and it was medium rare. Many repeats to come on this one.

This wasn't horrible, but considering all of the ingredients, I was expecting more. The Marinated Flank Steak recipe on this site is much better. I won't bother with this one again.

I think I would have liked this better without the honey. Also, I like my food SPICY so next time Ill use more jalapeno.

This was an awesome recipe! I changed two things - I left out the honey to make it SB diet friendly, and I used olive oil instead of corn oil. Marinated strip steak in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then grilled. Served sliced over a ceaser salad - superb! Thanks1

Great recipe. Marinaded overnight and was delicious. Made this for cinco dinner with friends for fajitas--just rice, beans and cheese in a flour tortilla and green salad. Add your favorite salsa--it was easy.

Great for fajitas. To cut marinating time I used strips of beef & marinated for 2.5 to 3 hours. Cooked up some peppers and onions and then added a little of the reserved marinade to them after cooking and to the beef strips after they were cooked. Best fajitas I ever made....reminiscent of Jack Astor's
