The kielbasa was "mealy" and too soft for my liking. I made again, but left the Kielbasa out of the slow cooker, and just sauteed in quickly when I got home, put it in bowls, and then added the soup. If you like your sausages with a "snap" then this alteration is a must, as the soup itself is really good.

The flavor was good - I wound up adding diced potatoes, green beans (don't care for zucchini or carrots) and extra celery because I had to use it. I used my own crushed tomatoes I had canned which were pre-seasoned so I probably had a little more seasonings than what the recipe calls for. Next time I will use beef kielbasa or ground beef and add more than what the recipe calls for. I served it with Hawaiian rolls (the sweet offset the hot) and overall we did enjoy it and I will make it again.

I didn't care for it too much, but my family liked it. I felt like it was lacking something - maybe I would have liked it better if I used some beef sausage instead of turkey?.

Mmm, this is a fall favorite at our house. I left out the zucchini and beans (hubby doesn't like), and threw in some potato chunks. Delicious!

I'm not sure what went wrong, but we found this very bland. I had to add a lot to make it suitable to serve to guests. Initially, I doubled the carrots and peppers, left out the zucchini and added about a cup of rice. I later added lots of basil, parsley, vinegar, some brine from my jar of jalapenos, ketchup, tomato paste and Red Hot. Whew! In the end, it was received well. I guess you could say this recipe is versatile ;)

The soup was fantastic. I did NOT like the kielbasa in the soup though. I found that it got mushy. Next time I will make this (and yes I will definitely make it again) I am going to use ham, and possibly add at the end of the cooking time.

Very good. As it read, it ended up being more of a stew than soup. Very spicy. Thanks for submitting it.

This soup is delicious! We like it better without the tomatoes... It will become a frequent family recipe. Thanks for sharing!

We loved this, I didn't notice it was a slow cooker recipe until dinner time so I just used the stove top. I cooked a cup of white rice and threw that into the mix and added a little garlic powder and celery seed.

Amazing and easy soup! I live in Europe and don't know what turkey kielbasa is, so I used the real thing (spicy and porky - no pre-frying necessary). The tiny leftover portion tasted even better the next day. I am thinking of adding a little bit of corn next time to complement all the colours.

I am on a low fat diet and this is a great recipe. I used diced tomatoes with chilis for a bit of extra kick, and it was wonderful.

Wonderful soup that is definately worth the effort. To my absolute amazement, my picky 4 1/2 yr old daughter gobbled it down and asked for more! I didn't think she would take more than one bite. What a way to get a variety of veggies down her! I added some Italian seasoning and increased the amount of carrot. Per my husband and daughter's request, I'll be adding some extra turkey kielbasa next time.

This is the best soup I have ever made and possibly the best I have ever tasted. My whole family thought they died and went to heaven. It was so easy, too. Will repeat often!

This recipe was a huge hit at a work lunch we had. It was my first time making this recipe and wanted something different, everyone loved it! I changed the recipe to my taste. I skipped the Zuchini and cut back to only 1 can of stewed tomatoes and added extra carrots. Very tasty dish if your looking for something different to present at dinner.
