Not only tastes great but it gives the fish nice color. Use the pepper sauce to taste but do add it.

This is an excellent sauce to cook fish in. I added red pepper strips for just a little extra. It was really good.

This was excellent. As some of the others mentioned the high salt content, I actually took out the Soy Sauce ingrediant, which I think is too salty anyway. I also used fresh chili's instead of canned, and grilled it all in aluminum foil. Very very good.

Delicious! Didn't use the oil and it was still very good--don't need it. I added some pickled jalepenos because I like spicy food. Thanks for the recipe, I will make this again.

Nice change to the same old baked fish I make. We found it to be a bit salty for our taste. Next time, I will try to change up some of the seasonings to get the same packed punch of flavor without it being too salty in the end. Thanks for sharing!
