EASY AND DELICIOSO. I sauteed the beef with onion and garlic. Then I added 4 cans low sodium beef broth, and a pinch of oregano, basil, pepper flakes, salt and pepper bring. I added 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies and 1 can of garbanzo beans (drained and washed), simmered for 30 minutes and topped it with chopped fresh parsley. My husband loved it and my kids devoured it. Thank you.

So good and so easy! I did make a couple of modifications, mainly because I didn't have soup. After browning and draining the beef, I put it back in the pot with 1 cup of frozen mixed seasoning (onions, bell pepper, celery, etc.) and the tomatoes/chilies cooked down for 10 minutes. I heated 2 cups of beef broth and added 2 Tbls. corn starch stirred well. I added it to the beef mixture and cooked on medium heat for another 10 minutes. This is definitely one of our favorites.

Wow! This stew has a zing to it! I added nearly a cup of water so that it wasn't as thick. I liked the idea of adding beef broth, however I am trying to cut back on sodium; the water did not dilute the taste. This will be made in our household again!

It was so easy to make. I only made one addition. I added a 1/2 cup of beef broth to reduce the thickness of the stew. The flavor was great for such a quick recipe!
