Yummers! Everyone at the table loved these. I can see lots of possibilities to use in other recipes as some of the other reviewers suggested. There seemed to be some questions about the amount of salt. I did use about 3/4 T. & increased the amount of garlic. I thought the shrimp was a bit salty, but, everyone else said "NO!..they where seasoned perfectly!!"

I absolutely love this recipe. It is now my go to when grilling shrimp. And as if the shrimp weren't spicy enough I make my own cocktail sauce with horseradish and hot sauce. Yum!

This is a great recipe, with a couple slight modifications. First, I don't grill the shrimp, I saute it. I think it picks up more of the flavor and spice. Second, I add about 1 T. of low sodium soy sauce. The soy sauce adds a good flavor that is otherwise lacking. I cut back severely on the "coarse salt." I only use a few sprinkles as the soy sauce has a salty taste already. My husband and I enjoy this and serve it most often with flavored rice.

We made these for valentine's day to go with our steak and they were awesome, my dad can't go one day without saying we should buy some shrimp and make some more. The only adjustment we think is necessary is maybe decrease the salt by a teaspoon or so.

These were delicious! I put them under the broiler for about 5 minutes and they were perfect. Just the right amount of zing. I will be cooking these at least once a week.

Do NOT use the full amount of salt, it is WAYYY too salty. I would cut it in half, if not, less. It's such a good recipe that is ruined by the saltiness, but would be delicious with less salt. (we doubled the recipe for the same amount of shrimp and it came out good).
