I absolutely loved this recipe. My boyfriend and I always go back to this as a traditional recipe. Its just spicy and flavorful enough for our liking. make sure you have something to drink near by since it does have a kick!

This is great. I didn't crush the garlic. Instead I used this as a marinade, adding some hot sauce and marinaded it for about 3 hours.

I used lime juice and skewered the shrimp first. Rubbed the paste on about an hour to marinate a little. These were excellent!

My husband is nuts over this recipe. Every time we cook out this is what he requests and he's actually taken over the preparation and grilling on this one. I'm not a huge shrimp fan, but this is delicious. We like spicy food so we add a little bit more red pepper than is called for. It's perfect and easy especially since we buy the shrimp already skewered.
