This was very good. Before supper I told the other 4 family members to let me know what they thought after they'd ate so I would know if the recipe was a keeper or not. Everyone came back for more, even my picky eater & since there was only 6 breasts to start with & 5 eaters, several disappointed people didn't get seconds...will definately make again...probably at the end of the week:)

This recipe was really good; will make this again but not often. It's good for a change to spice up your chicken!

Wonderful flavor and easy! Plus it's quick! Couldn't ask for anything more. Didn't change a thing.

I loved this chicken! The only thing I changed was to use chicken tenders instead of breast because that's all I had on hand. It turned out great no leftovers. I will be putting this in my favorites. Thanks!!!!

I thought this chicken was AWESOME. I doubled the spices and made it with plain white rice and "Cream Corn Like No Other" from this website. I also made guacamole to dip the chicken in. Perfect.

I loved this, I also love lime juice though. =) I followed the recipe as is and it was terrific, adding the lime at the last minute is great, really keeps the flavor there. I made a salad out of it the next day, adding a lot of cilantro to it, and spraying with more lime juice. It was still great the day after. Thanks for the great recipe!

This is an amazing recipe! Just be sure to double the spices and to use extra lime juice. Also, I add the leftover bits in the pan to some instant white rice for a tasty side dish.

Awesome flavor! I doubled the amount of spice and cut my chicken breasts into pieces. Served with rice and corn on the side for myself and my husband. Cut the chicken even smaller and mixed with the rice for my kids. They loved it too!

Unbelievably amazing flavor. Would be perfect for company. If you but chicken in pieces, or buy chicken tenderloins, would be a great buffet item. I think I will take to next Super Bowl party and am sure to win a prize.

Really really yummy!!! Lime-y with a hint of spicyness! We like HOT food so I put a lil more cayenne pepper. The family loved it and will serve again! Served with white rice and corn. DEFINATE KEEPER!

This wasn't very spicy. May double the spices next time. It did have good flavor. Will probably make it again.

This is excellent! Very flavorful. I tripled the sauce as the recipe didn't seem like enough for 4 breasts, and I added a little bit of chicken stock too. Next time I'm going to pound out the chicken for cooking time, too.

It was good. I added a TB of corn meal to the spice mixture and it crisped up nicely. Perhaps my chicken breasts were thicker than what the recipe expects as they were not done in 20 minutes. Good quick recipe.

I also doubled the amount of spice rub. This chicken had great flavor and was moist when it was still a breast. I decided to shred it and make chicken tacos, like other viewers suggested, but the chicken dried up. It was still very good in a tortilla shell with sour cream, salsa, avacados, lettuce, and tomatoes. But overall, ill try making this again just as a breast with rice and veggies. Thanks!

Hmmmmm. Made this for dinner tonight. While my bf and I both liked it, we didn't LOVE it. It did smell great while sauteeing though.... I ended up purchasing a package of 3 lg. chicken breasts, but the amounts of spice and lime were for 4 (as called for). Served over Knorr brand garlic herb rice with Mexican Corn (by KBALDRIDGE) on the side. I think this might be good cubed into bite-sized pieces and served in soft corn tortillas with all the toppings, sort of like a lime chicken taco. Next time, I'll prepare that way (and maybe it'll get one more star for doing so...). Thanks for sharing!

This is a wonderful recipe. I added just a little more cayenne because we are a spicy family....anywho, i used thick chicken breast, so i cooked covered until cooked through to avoid the outside getting browned to fast, then uncovered and let brown. Careful, this chicken can easily go from nicely browned to blackened because of the seasonings so watch toward the end. The lime was a great touch, thanks for the recipe!
