This is a good recipe! I did double the juice and also used Chili Powder instead of Cayenne Pepper. It was subtle smoky heat but good. The broth really helped to have more sauce. I served with brown rice and veggies. Thanks!!

We enjoyed this. I, of course, liked the butter, but think it would be good without it. I will make this again!

I didn't have cayenne pepper, so I left it out. I used real garlic instead of garlic powder. I also realized halfway through that I didn't have lime juice. I ended up using lemon juice. I doubled everything so that I would have enough sauce as suggested in previous reviews. I also added some chicken broth (probably about 1/3 cup) when I added the lemon juice. My family really enjoyed this. It had a really good flavor, although the sauce is what makes it great. I served the chicken over rice.

I liked the flavor, but I prefer more lime. I think it might be better marinated and next time I'll use fresh garlic too. I will try this again. I also used leg quarters and I baked it, which made the meat very tender. My 11 year old daughter went back for seconds, a big surprise!

this gets a five from me...tho i used pork chops but followed the rest of the recipe for the spices which i thought was a good combination... tho i did have to add extra lime coz i decided to marinate the chops first...it was really good...i also liked the quick and easy part of it...and even with the extra lime i thought it was good and becoz i really like lime...so i would make it this way again and also try it with chicken...thanks for the recipe.

I was skeptical about this recipe, but oh was it delicious! I didn't have any lime so I substituted lemon juice & it turned out wonderful. I served "Chicken-Flavored Rice Mix" from this site & Broccoli. Wonderful Meal!

Yum! This was a big hit with our family. especially since 2 of us (kids) are picky eaters. I didn't have time to read the reviews of others so I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. I was looking for a chicken recipe on the stove and this was the Recipe of the Day so I went with it and am very pleased.

This was delicious! I used chicken tenders, instead of whole breasts. They were tender and flavorful. I added about a 1/3 cup of chicken broth at the end and slightly less garlic powder than was called for. I will definately make it again! I think I will double the lime juice and broth next time to have some sauce for the white rice I served with it. Thanks for the great recipe!

I'm scratching my head over the glowing reviews. To my palate garlic powder tastes nothing at all like garlic! To me, the flavor is plain nasty. I can't understand why anyone would use a fake-tasting product when the real thing is both inexpensive and readily available. If you want to make this dish worlds better, mash 3-4 garlic cloves to a paste. Apply to the chicken with the spices. For the sauce, mash another clove or two of garlic (or to taste) and replace that awful powder. Infinitely superior, fresh, and tasty. Try it this way - you won't believe the difference!

Strong flavor, but was a hit with the family. Reheated the leftovers in foil in the oven with the leftover broccoli we had the night before. It was so amazing!! I did marinate the chicken for a couple hours in the rub with a lil lime juice. Shared the recipe with my sister already! Served with rice & steamed broccoli.

Excellent recipe! This is something I will come back to, and can be fairly healthy. Prep time minimal. We took out the butter and used 2 1/2 tsp of olive oil. It was more than enough, 2 should be fine, ill try less later. Not very spicy at all. Added little more lime juice than called for, it was a good idea. Wow, that was good.

Wow - this was easy and so tasty! Its nice to have a recipe with ingredients I always have. My only negative - seemed too salty. Next time, I'm cutting back on the salt.

This was a great recipe. My family loved it. Perfect blend of spices and a great zesty flavor. Followed the recipe, except the last 1 tsp. of garlic powder. Next I will make more sauce as it was great over the rice and chicken.

Great flavor! I let the chicken sit overnight in the spice rub prior to sautéing it. I chopped up the remaining chicken breast and put it on a salad the next day. Delish! Even my husband liked this and he normally doesn't like chicken.

This was very good. Before supper I told the other 4 family members to let me know what they thought after they'd ate so I would know if the recipe was a keeper or not. Everyone came back for more, even my picky eater & since there was only 6 breasts to start with & 5 eaters, several disappointed people didn't get seconds...will definately make again...probably at the end of the week:)
