I thought this one is a keeper for sure. I always make my boyfriend rate me on a scale from 1 to 10 and he usally just gives me a 8 or 9, but when he said "12" I flipped out. I was so excited! The only thing that I would do differently next time is double the spices so it is more like a rub I guess you could say. When I made this I already added in extra spices and for me atleast it still wasn't enough. Taking into account that I did use extra chicken. Even if the recipe was made as is I still feel like the extra would'nt hurt just give it more flavor.

My husband and I love this recipe! It is soooo flavorful and delicious! I like to add a lot more lime juice cuz we love it tangy! I also use less salt and double the rest of the spices. I make this all the time!! Super Yummy!!! = )

This was really yummy! The lime was a great accent to the chicken. It was nice and healthy. Next time I will serve the chicken over spinach. Thank you!

Used 3 chicken breasts with the same amount of seasoning for 4. Was very good, had with beans and baked zuccini and onions.

For a healthier but still flavor-packed option, use 1/2 Tbsp instead of 2 Tbsp of butter. Tasty and easy chicken recipe!

The only thing I changed was to cut the cayenne pepper in half as I have kids and didn't want it to be spicy for them. This was so good and so easy a 3 year old could do it, no really my daughter (almost 3) made this I measured the spices she pounded the chicken and rubbed in the spices and poured the lime juice in and sprinkled the garlic. It was delish. My husband dint care for it as much, said it had to much lime and while I think he's crazy next time I'll do his in a separate pan with just a couple shakes of lime juice.

absolutely delicious! I think I would use half the cayenne next time- I only made 2 chicken breasts and pounded them about 3/4 in. thin, but I kept the same measurements for the rest of the ingredients for added flavor. For the lime juice, one small lime covered the marinade mixture for me. I squeezed a little before grilling it on the Foreman and then right before serving it. So tasty!

Wow! My family really liked this recipe a lot! My son's friend came in the kitchen and said "It smells like gourmet chicken!" I followed the recipe as written. I chopped up the chicken when it was done cooking and served it in small flour tortillas with chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro and minced serrano peppers. It makes great soft chicken tacos! Thank you very much for submitting this recipe. YUM!

Instead of pan frying chicken breasts, I roasted a whole, butterflied chicken in the oven, reduced the butter to 1 tbsp, no olive oil, and added 1/4 cup of chicken drippings to make the sauce. I had enough to pour over the whole chicken, and it was SO DELICIOUS!

Great recipe. I added a jalapeno and garlic clove. I also substituted the onion powder for onions. Spicy and delicious! Chicken can be so boring, but this made me feel as though I had a fulfilling meal.

Big hit! I cut up the chicken before cooking and served it over a salad with tomatoes and green onion and a little shredded cheese. Nice Mexican Salad. Would be good in tacos as well or over rice. My mistake was overspicing, I will remember a little goes a long way and it does not need to be covered.

This recipe has enough 5-star reviews but I feel like I need to add one more. The chicken came out great, extremely flavorful. I followed the recipe exactly except that instead of measuring the lime juice, I squeezed half a lime over the chicken. It tasted like enough, anything more would probably start tasting a bit sour.

Awesome! So easy - I put the dry ingredients on the chicken and marinated overnight. Also used some garlic powder and some minced garlic to give it more flavor. I did double the butter and lime juice and this was excellent! Very quick and great flavor - this is going on our short list of favorite recipes!

My family of 4 men. 3 teenagers and one some what grown men like the sauce a lot. I added a tbsp. more of butter. Instead of a 1/2 cup of lime 3/4 of cup. I add 1/4 cup chicken broth. It made the sauce perfect. Try to make this with rice. It's just a good side dish for the chicken. I have been order to make this again.

Excellent chicken recipe! I did as the reviews said and I pounded the chicken breasts thin...I'm glad I did. I don't think it would have been near as tasty if I didn't. And, I wouldn't say this is spicy....it just has a tangy kick but not at all hot. It's great!
