This was good for a quick easy last minute meal. Tasted like it needed something. I'll definitly make again, maybe I'll take someone elses advice and use cilantro.

This is one of the few recipes my husband has asked me to make time and again. I usually use chicken breast tenders (or cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces) to maximize the seasoning to chicken ratio. I coat them in the spices and pan fry (I just eyeball the necessary amount of butter and oil) and add the juice from one lime. Easy, quick and can play around with the spices to make it to your liking.

It was delicious. I doubled the amount of pepper and cayenne pepper and it was great. Also when I was finished browning the chicken, I removed it and added a tbs. or so of flour and 3 tbs chicken broth. I blended it and then added the chicken, poured half the lime juice on it, added the garlic, and then when i turned the chicken added more lime juice. I also added Tequila toward the end of the cooking time. All that produced a delicious chicken with its own gravy. mmm!

FANTASTIC flavor! Made the spice rub using 1/8 tsp of EACH ingredient (for just one large chicken breast). I added an additional tblsp of butter at the end to make a sauce that I could serve over sweet potato/white potato hash browns. Did not feel it was necessary to add any additional garlic to the browned chicken. Very mmmmm dinner.

My husband loves garlic and I love lime so this was perfect. I took the advice of other reviewers and doubled the sauce. If I hadn't there definitely wouldn't have been enough.

This was passable but not spectacular. I recommend NOT sprinkling the garlic powder on top as directed. It was serious overkill. I also think just pouring the lime juice into the pan rather than straight on top of the seasoned chicken breasts would help unless you are a huge fan of lime... and I mean a huge fan.

One of our favorite chicken recipes! I use thighs instead of breasts and put the spice mixture both on the outside of the chicken and under the skin. Because of this I usually quadruple the spices and find I have just enough spice to generously coat six thighs. I also wait and add the butter at the end so the chicken doesn't get overly brown during cooking.

I followed the recipe exactly (with the partial exception of pounding the breasts with a kitchen mallet) and it was to DIE FOR. I served it over a bed of herb-flavored rice and topped it with a dollop of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip for a 'cool' flavor to go with the spice. I can't wait to cook it again!

I defrosted my"chicken" , came home from work unwrapped the butcher paper to find it was the pork tendor loin I purchased the same day! So I used that in stead. I rolled the meat in the spices, and finished it off with the sauce (I added honey to make it stick to the meat). Good a liitle spicey for my 4 yr old nephew, but I just didn't give him the outer edge of the meat.

Nice sour flavour! I used fresh garlic and added chicken broth with the lime juice, as suggested, to try to get more sauce out of it. However, even though I made twice the amount of sauce, it still had mostly evaporated by the time the chicken was done.

I thought this one is a keeper for sure. I always make my boyfriend rate me on a scale from 1 to 10 and he usally just gives me a 8 or 9, but when he said "12" I flipped out. I was so excited! The only thing that I would do differently next time is double the spices so it is more like a rub I guess you could say. When I made this I already added in extra spices and for me atleast it still wasn't enough. Taking into account that I did use extra chicken. Even if the recipe was made as is I still feel like the extra would'nt hurt just give it more flavor.
