I am obviously in the minority, but I wasn't crazy about this dish at all! The chicken pan started to dry out and at first I added more olive oil ... that too ran out and since I didn't want to keep adding oil, I added chicken broth which definitely helped. I just didn't like the blend of flavors. Strangely, my 9 year old daughter said she "loved it!" Sorry.

I was in love with this recipe. M boyfriend and I were hungry for something spicy, and this did not disappoint in the least! It was not the spice that is typically expected, but I won't be able to say enough how perfect the blend was. My dad is on a diet, so I used just the rub on his and it was still really good! Thanks for a great combination of spices that we can use with pretty much anything!

Excellent flavor! I read in one review that they added a splash of tequila, so I did the same and it made the dish fantastic. I doubled the spice mixture at the beginning of the recipe and I'm glad I did, because I ended up needing all of it to cover the chicken...I guess I had larger pieces of chicken. I love the strong garlic and lime flavor and the spiciness is just right (although kids will probably find it too "hot"). I'll definitely make this one again and again.

This chicken came out great! The flavor was amazing without being too much. I didn't end up with much "sauce" but ended up adding a little chicken stock, reducing it and serving over steamed carrots. I think it worked out for the better because the chicken didn't need any sauce.

Really good. I did double the spices and pound the chicken thin so it cooked quicker. The only other change I made was to delete the garlic powder that is added at the end and replaced it with two chopped cloves of fresh garlic. I'll be making this again! Thanks

My family loves this recipe. We double the spices and I use thin chicken breasts so that they cook through. We eat this by itself or we make chicken sandiches with a wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, and guac. YuMMMMyyy!!

This recipe had a good taste but should be doubled. Also the cooking times do need to be longer as even an added 2 mins still resulted in a few breasts not cooked all the way. Would work better as a marinade overnight. Not to dry, moist enough to break apart and cut with a knife.

This is delicious!! I love the tangy lime flavor! I sauteed the chicken in a little olive oil, lime and garlic. I did not use the butter as suggested.

Now this is a dish with a nice tangy flavor. Loved the combination of spices, the only problem was I had to continuiously add spices as the chicken cooked because it never looked like enoguh. In the end the taste was perfect, however I did about tripple the seasoning mix ingredients, NOT THE LIME.

My husband loved this flavorful dish. I doubled the spices as others had suggested and added a splash of tequila with the lime juice. I added chicken broth and some flour to make more sauce and thicken it a bit then served it over orzo. It will be fun to try some variations on this recipe (tacos, grilled). Will make again.

I prepared this as stated and it was very flavorful. No flavor was overpowering and they blended perfectly. Despite frying the chicken, this is quite healthy and will become a regular in my rotation.

Wow, this spicy, delicious meal really hit the spot. I didn't have onion powder, so I used some dried onion flakes & used a bit of cilantro to add a kick. Served over a bed of pasta, this dish is filling & satisfying.

This was only okay for me. I would make it again, but it's not something that I would crave or get excited. I followed some reviews here and made it using tequila and used black bean salad as a side dish, which was a great combo. I will probably be using the salad much more than this recipe.
