Ingredients

  • 1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
  • 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the processed cheese. Mix in the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers and imitation crabmeat. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
