I added extra chipotles and the burgers had great flavor! Mine were a little dry but it's probably because I used the leanest turkey available. Next time I will either use turkey with a little higher fat content or add some low fat plain yogurt to the mix to keep them moist. Thanks for the recipe!

These were the best turkey burgers I ever had! For the peppers I just bought the smallest can I could find, ground them up in my mini food processor (although a blender would work too) and I used about a tablespoon of it total for all four burgers. I might use more cilantro next time. These were just great!

If it were up to me I would have rated this recipe a 5 however my boyfriend didn't like them much at all. He isn't into spicy food so you must like a little heat to enjoy this recipe. Tasted wonderful with mozzarella cheese on top.

I had all intentions of making the recipe just as written, then got lazy. So I give it 5 stars because I only used the dried spices, oiled the patties before grilling and called it done. It had a great flavor and came out so, so juicy. I used the 20 oz package of ground turkey for 3 giant burgers. Total grilling time on med-high heat was 15 minutes with the last 2 melting the cheese. Also, shaped the patties then put in frig for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together before grilling. Can't wait to make them with all the ingredients!

Very flavorful! Took other reviewers' suggestions and used two chipotle peppers and added some of the sauce to the burgers also. My husband and I like things spicy! We also added some adobo sauce to the buns, but that was a little too much heat. Next time I will use three peppers in the burgers though to see how that is. Very good, thanks!

These were very good, I used Jack cheese because that's what I had. Next time I will add more cilantro since we love it so much. I made a great topping of yellow and red tomatoes, avacodo, red onion kind of like a chunky salsa was a great compilment to the burger.

I stuck to the recipe (except I didn't have garlic powder so I minced fresh). Loved it! Thank you.

This was our first time trying turkey burgers so we were a little nervous! However, no fear--they were great and we enjoyed them very much. It was funny at first to decide on how to top them. I added mayo to mine on the bun, but my husband used salsa. Overall, this was a nice, tasty, and quick meal. We will def. make this again.

This was soooooo good. I just made some. I like spicy so I took other people's advice and put in two peppers. I also upped my cilantro and added some cumin. I was going to take a picture, but I ate it before I could. Next time maybe, but no promises!

Really good. My husband is skeptical about "burgers" that do not use hamburger but I got him to try this and he thought it was good. I used ground turkey (not breasts) since I was afraid they might be too dry and they came out more moist than I thoguht they would.

My boyfriend is trying to eat healthier and asked that I try a turkey burger. I refused for about a week until I came across this recipe. I followed the recipe to a T and they were AWESOME! I thought I would want to add mustard or mayo, but they were seasoned so nicely they didn't need anything! Wonderful!

This recipe was awesome!! A little spicy but very flavorful and moist!! I did put greased foil down on the grill to make sure that the burgers didn't stick to the grill too much and fall apart. I will definitely make this recipe again!

These were awesome tasting burgers. I never had or made a turkey burger before, but I will be making these again for sure. I did use 2 chipotles, and Jalapeno Cheese because we love spicy !!! I also thought it was a little too moist when I was mixing up the ingredients, so a dash of breadcrumbs was addded to the mix. I did not put anything on my for condiments, but I thought Mayo, sour cream or salsa would be complimentary, but they were awesome just plain. I will also try them pan frying...and may even experiment with them for a meatloaf. This is a keeper !!!!

Excellent. I never thought ground turkey could be so good. I doubled the chipotle peppers to make it a bit spicier. I will definitely be making these again.

Tasted great, but I put in twice the amount of Chiptole Chile and it was too strong. Stick with what the recipe suggests.

Great recipe. I used two chipotles and the spice was just right. Not too hot at all. I also omitted the cilantro simply because my husband doesn't eat cilantro. I would definitely make this again.

I never knew turkey burgers could be so good! I made this with 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey, so I doubled all the ingredients. The only things I added were the juice from 1 lime and some pomegranite balsamic vinegar. I used Tony Chachere's for the seasoned salt. My fiancee and I loved them!
