i liked this. i made it a little differently, instead of putting the sauce on the chicken and sticking it in the fridge, i used 3/4 cooked chicken and steam fried it in the sauce w/ pepper flakes and fresh ground black pepper. came out great in 20 min! then i used my food processor for everything else and just added the uncooked veggies to the pot and simmered for 15 minutes longer. came out great, and the walnuts are a great addition. thanks!

I used frozen store bought oriental blend vegetables (green beans, onion and mushrooms). I added to that 2 T frozen jalapeno peppers (homegrown). This was very good, but not real hot. I did add some black pepper as suggested in another review. I think I should have waited to put the jalapenos, then they would have been spicier. I would definetly make again!

This was not spicy at all. I added chili oil and black pepper to kick it up. Next time I would also reduce the chicken broth to 3/4 cup.
