Great! I used chili sauce instead of tomato sauce. My daughter who doesn't eat chili liked this recipe.

Great recipe. I've made it many times and it is great for someone who likes spicy foods. It also is low carb. I like it.

I made this today for my husband who is anti-beans in his chili and he is LOVING it! It's very easy and it has a nice flavor. I doubled the recipe but did not completely double the chili powder. Worth trying this recipe as a starting point if you like chili without beans.

this was very simple and I doubted the recipe based on that. It turned out to be fantastic. I would recommend doubling or tripling the recipe. I wanted something like this but spicier and added a couple habenero peppers. Superb!

Made this chili today, did not have any cumin but it was a hit with my 4 and 9 year old. They do not like beans so that was a plus. We are originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and love Skyline chili, which is a chili on top of spaghetti and covered in shredded cheese. So we put this chili on top of spaghetti with cheese and it was great.

Didn't use tomato juice, the amount of tomato sauce plus water was enough liquid for me, it looked like too much water at first but as long as we simmer this uncovered, it evaporates just enough. Tasty chili, thank you for sharing!

I really liked this! I doubled the recipe, but didn't add the salt. I figured there was already quite a bit in there. But I did add a bag of steamed corn, it was great!

WOW I have never been a chili person mainly because of the beans in them but again WOW! This was simple to make ( I don't cook much and was able to do it even though I added more onions on accident then the recipe called for) and only took about an hour to prep and cook even while being distracted the whole time. I also added some corn at the end of the cooking as well for some different texture. I doubled everything on the ingredients list to make more and it turned out great!!! I added a bit more chili powder to the mix for more spice but either way it was still a great bowl of chili! I will be making this at least once a week from now on thats how good it was! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try a beanless chili!!!!

This chili got a "thumbs up" from my family! Why wait for cool days to have chili...we made chili cheese fries last night with burgers and we just made chili dogs for our lunch...YUM! I will make this again and again :) The only change that was made to this recipe...we added some "Texas Pete" to the recipe as my son likes it a bit spicy!!!
