Very easy and perfect for any crowd. I jazz it up for friends that like really spicy by adding fresh jalapeno peppers. Tastes better after sitting for several hours.

Love this but I did not use the italian dressing. I used the juice of one lime,1.5 tsp of cumin, and 2 cloves fresh garlic. Yumm! I also added this mix into corn tortillas and put a little crumbled manchego cheese rolled it up and microwaved it for about 20 seconds. Dinner!

It's OK, not really my cup of tea. Not sure about the Italian dressing.

Good and easy to make! Used a can of Rotel tomatoes w/chilis...We like spicy, so following this recipe was a little letdown as it was not so spicy to us - next time will add fresh diced jalepenos & some hot sauce before refrigerating.

This is great! I chopped a red pepper and part of a green one. Instead of italian dressing I used 1 squeezed lemon and one squeezed lime. I was also lucky enough to find a can of chili spiced tomatoes. Which I wasn't sure of at first but def worked better because I didn't use any dressing. Also couldn't forget a nice bunch of chopped cilantro and fresh minced garlic. Superb!

Super addictive. A healthy change from fatty cream cheese or greasy meat appetizers. Only changes is I added cilantro & green onion then chopped avocado right before serving. Was a little confused as to which type of Italian dressing to use. May try a red vinegar based one next time. Be warned this makes a TON! I rolled it up in tortillas for lunch the next day.

This is a great snack. We usually used organic vegetables and serve this with tortilla scoops. Delicious.
