I love this recipe. It's easy and tasty! Although, instead of Italian dressing, I use about equal parts extra virgin olive oil and basalmic vinegar mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper with a splash of lemon juice. I like to use red onion instead of white because the basalmic turns the white onion brown-ish.

So yummy. I use zesty Italian dressing and fire roasted diced tomatoes. Everyone gobbles this up at parties!

I made this recipe for a party and it was just average. I tried to add some flavor with cumin and chili powder but it didn't help much. Not a hit and I won't be making this again.

This is awesome stuff. I could eat it everyday until its' gone! To cut calories, I used less salad dressing, (used fat free italian, and probably only half what is called for in the recipe) and I also added a handful of chopped cilantro to really make the salsa POP. Oh, and a squeeze of lime and a splash of red wine vinegar. Delicious and healthy!

I loved this, as did my hubby and daughter. HOWEVER, it was not a hit with the teens who attended the super bowl party at our house. It IS versatile. I served it heated with cheese over Fritos. Again I added chicken fajita strips and heated. Served with cheese, sour cream, and chips or tortillas. It makes GOBS!

This recipe is fabulous!!! I highly recommend it. I love to serve it at parties with chips and then I use the leftovers on a bed a lettuce as a salad topping. Awesome! The only changes that I make are that I use frozen corn instead of the canned, fresh garlic instead of the garlic salt and I add some fresh tomatoes as well.

This salsa is fabulous. After reading many of the reviews, I made the following changes. I used 2 Roma tomatoes vice the canned, I used chopped garlic vice garlic salt, frozen corn vice canned, and added fresh cilantro. There were six of us eating it and we ate the whole batch. This will definitely go into my recipe box for future gatherings. YUM......

I use light Italian dressing to reduce calories, and it doesn't compromise on flavor. Excellent, easy, and inexpensive bean salad.

This is fan-freaking-tastic! I did make a lot of substitutions based on my pantry, but I think the basic essence was maintained. Used pinto beans instead of black-eyed-peas, green chiles instead of jalapenos, Newman's Tuscan Italian dressing, SteamFresh frozen corn (microwaved first, duh), didn't have green pepper, and voila! A healthy treat which will be served on top of Zesty Chicken Meatloaf (check it out).

It was good the way it was written, but as one reviewer suggested, it was spectacular with the addition of 1/4 c. red wine vinegar and 1/4 c. rice vinegar. Will keep this one ready when having company over!

Great recipe! I needed to use up some hot peppers and fresh tomatoes, so I used the corn and beans as suggested, 2 tomatoes, 1 red pepper, 4 small hot peppers, and a can of pinto beans to counter the spiciness. Added a dash of cayenne sauce, red pepper, and the garlic and onion salts, and it was fantastic!

So good. I make this frequently. I normally use a squirt of Italian dressing, and also some olive oil with lime juice. Always use 2 or 3 cloves of fresh garlic, and lots of cumin and chili powder. Sometimes I use it as a base for Mexican chicken dip (refried beans or mexican rice, then mixture of chicken [cooked in taco/fajita seasoning and shredded] and salsa, and a can of nacho cheese...top with sour cream, salsa and green onions.)

Added fresh minced garlic rather than garlic salt, added tomatoes flavored with basil, oregano & garlic, and added a lot of cilantro. Gets rave reviews every time.
