Roasted Garlic, Bell Pepper and Tomato Blender Sauce

An entire head of slow-roasted garlic offers its rich, earthy essence to a smooth puree of fresh tomatoes and sweet bell peppers, olive oil, red pepper flakes and basil. Serve this marvelous sauce warm or cold over your favorite pasta.

Basic Spicy Tomato Sauce

This sauce can be used for spaghetti, ravioli, chicken Parmesan, or anything Italian! It's very quick and very easy! Anything from seasoning to spices can be adjusted without compromising the basic flavor of the sauce. Sometimes we add bell peppers or tomatoes with green chiles. Add anything you like.
