WOW! I usually make the roasted red pepper hummus from this website and misplaced my recipe and I ran across this one. It totally has some kick and is delish!

Wow! this is a great recipe-I served it with veggies for a light summer meal. I used 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/4 tsp new mexico chilli pepper to give it a full flavour with a little less bite. Will definitely be making this again!

I used 12 oz of peppers for a double batch, and it turned out great! Served with two kinds of pita chips- garlic and sea salt.

I made this on my lunch break - it's that easy - and took it into work. My co-workers said it was the best hummus they had every had.

Much more delicious and economical than buying hummus from the store! I roasted one whole fresh red pepper in the oven instead of using a jar of peppers. Also removed the skins from the chickpeas. Seasoned with cumin, cayenne, and salt. Had such a creamy but kind of whipped texture. Perfect!

Excellent! I used roasted red and yellow peppers from Trader Joe's, added a little bit more garlic (for my taste). The only thing I will change when I make it again, is to add some of the juice from the garbonza beans to smooth it out. Ate this for breakfast and lunch w/ Soy and Flaxseed tortilla chips from Trader Joe's! Thanks for such a great recipe!!!

I had to substitute peanut butter for the tahini and it still came out perfect. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

The family didn't like this one too much, me on the other hand love Hummus. Served it with toasted Pita Bread wedges. Hummus and ESPN perfect late night snack.

Really good! I substituted a whole roasted red pepper and a combo of almond butter and crunchy peanut butter for the tahini. I also added olive oil to make it creamier.

I make this recipe about once a week. I never measure, just use approximations of the ingredients in the recipe. It turns out fabulous every time!

This is a hit here in Santiago Chile with all of my ex-pat & Chilean friends. I didn't have cayene, so I used red chili flakes. Forgot the salt and it turned out just fine. It's spicy and sweet! I will make this recipe over & over.

Awesome. I LOVE IT! The only change I made was to use 2 cloves of garlic instead of one but thats only because I love garlic.

Good basic recipe. Instead of using the jar peppers - we roasted some of our own and it was a million times more flavorful!!

I liked this much better than regular hummus. It has a lot more flavor. I had to add more salt, though, it was kind of bland to begin with. I also made my own roasted red peppers and I couldn't find any tahini paste (small town...). I added some fresh cilantro and served with tortilla chips. Yum!
