I just made the sauce to use up some rhubarb that I had and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the tart, sweet, and spicy tastes coming through. I cut the amount of sugar in half and it tasted fine to me. I will probably make this again.

Wow, this was awesome and I was glad to have a dinner use for the rhubarb from our garden. The recipe was really simple and my son loved it too.

This was a great recipe, my husband loved it! Always looking for more recipes for rhubarb and this was a keeper.
