The recipe is probably a four, I think I'm just not a fan of pumpkin seeds.

Like most of the reviews I read I quadrupled the recipe. This was my first attempt at making spiced pumpkin seeds. They turned out pretty good. I think the butter was a little much. Next time I will try olive oil.

Fantastic. Just the right proportions of salt and seasoning. We will be making these again.

These were sooo good! We also quadupled the ingredients except for the two cups of pumpkin seeds. The flavor was very good, kept going back for more! The best pumpkin seed recipe I have found.

Yummy! Unfortunately, only had one cup of pumpkin seeds. Opted to use olive oil instead of margarine and granulated garlic instead of garlic salt. I also used a chili garlic sea salt as opposed to regular salt, will make again, thanks!

The recipe was wonderful and everyone that tried them loved them. Alas, I am just not much for the texture. I didn't really enjoy them. Thanks for the recipe, though, they were fun to make!

This is delicious, and, other than separating the pumpkin seeds from the stringy goo inside the pumpkin, simple. Our grocery store didn't have vegetarian worcestershire sauce and I didn't have time to go to the health food store, so I used tamari instead. I wish I had been patient and removed more than 2 cups of seeds from the pumpkin because my daughter took half of them to a party. thanks!

Although my house smelled like worsteshire for hours, it was delicious! I too doubled up on spices except for the worsteshire. I couldn't stop eating them!

Bake at 325 on convection for 2 sheets of seeds. Combo of EVOO and butter. 2tsp worchestire, 4 tsp season salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and a few dashes paprika. Turn every 15 min for 1 hour! Excellent!

This turned out great! I used garlic powder because that is what I had on hand and Seasoning Salt for a tiny little kick. This is going in my recipe box.

We make these every year, and love them. I had about 3 cups of seeds, which I washed really well, then dried them. If you leave them too wet, the mixture won't stick to the seeds very well (the whole oil doesn't mix with water thing). I adjusted the ingredients a bit because I had more seeds than the recipe called for. I used the same amount of butter, but added about 2 tsp of olive oil. I used 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of Lawry's season salt, and 1 tsp of garlic powder (didn't have any garlic salt on hand). I doubled the worcestershire. Yumm-o!

I used olive oil instead of margarine, and I doubled the amount of it. I quadrupled the rest of the ingredients. I used McCormack Season All in place of the salt and the garlic salt. FANTASTIC! The kids will be lucky if there are any left come morning!

These were easy to make and tasty. I boiled them first in salt water until grey and then tossed them in the mixture. I substituted garlic powder in place of the garlic salt. Came very tasty.
