These were a little too bitter for me with the salt, garlic salt, and then worcester sauce.

followed the recipe, but did not find these very good. I cooked them way longer than indicated and they were still not as crunchy as I like. The seasoning also was not very good. It seemed like it needed more. Probably won't try this again.

I keep coming back to this recipe every year, and I always share it with friends who ask for it. I do double to quadruple the recipe except for the Worcestershire sauce, which I only double for the quadrupled recipe. It's a big hit every time, and they never last long! Thanks for this amazing family favorite.

I thought these turned out fabulous. I did have to bake for 75 minutes. Maybe my oven was a little cool.

Wonderful snack! The seeds were soaked in salt water for a couple of hours fitst. I doubled the ingredients with the exception of the seeds and cooked them a little bit longer. Nice and crispy.

I've roasted pumpkins seeds year after year, attacted to them through nostalgia, disappointed by the reality that they just were not that good. These, however, we great! I soaked them in salted water overnight because I couldn't get to them the first day. Don't know if that made any difference or not.

With a few changes, these are excellent. As another reviewer suggested, I tripled every ingredient except for the seeds, and they were delicious! The taste reminded me of Chex mix. My mom really liked them as well. I would make these again when I have pumpkin or squash seeds around that need to be used. Thanks for sharing!

While my husband and I didn't like these (we're just not pumpkin seed fans), it was pretty easy to do and my friends loved them. One even asked for the recipe. So, I don't see the point in penalizing someone because the food wasn't my thing...therefore: 5 stars.

Delicious recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds and an excelletn way to make a snack out of what is usually discarded from a Jack-O-Lantern. I don't like garlic powder and so used cumin instead but apart from that kept this recipe the same
