This is one of our favorites. This is a very easy dish for camping. I mix the flour and spices before we leave.

Based on some of the other users' feedback about the sauce being too "ketchupy", I made some changes. I added about 1 tbls of Worchertershire (or however you spell it) and a splash of hot sauce. I also placed thinly sliced onions on top of the pork chops in the pan before pouring the sauce over the chops. To the dry ingredients, I added some cayanne pepper to give it some flair. We really enjoyed this recipe (but because of all the changes, I can only give 4 stars). Will definately make again!!

I have been making and sharing this recipe for many years, I absolutely love it! It does take a little bit and you can use whatever spices that you like , but yummy! The chops are moist and tender!

We had it and loved it. One hour was a bit long because the sauce was rather dried up but noone seemed to mind. It was very flavorfull, not just ketchupy. Even my 3 and 5 year old asked for more.

We've enjoyed this recipe time and time again. The sauce tastes more like a sweet BBQ sauce to us and is great served with rice. Thanks for the recipe.

I must agree with another rater that this tasted mostly like pork chops smoothered in ketchup. I was good, as I like ketchup, but not exactly what I was expecting.

I'd have to say that this wasn't my favorite. It mostly tasted like pork chops with ketchup. We ate it, and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't make it again. The pork chops were cooked perfectly, though. Nice and tender.

I am trying to cook more and thought this would be a good one to try. well i was wrong, there was barely any flavor and the ketchup was so strong it ruined it.

This is *so* good. It's fabulous. I made it exactly as stated, and I had doubts about the ketchup sauce, but it turned out so well. It's really easy to prepare and just an hour in the oven. The pork came out really moist and flavorful. My husband loved it, too---it will be a regular recipe for us.

WOW! SO good! This is now a stand by in our house. I didn't have any dry mustard, so I added 1 tsp regular mustard to the ketchup mix. GREAT!
