Not very flavorful and I agree, the spice mix didn't stick to the nuts very well. I would reduce the simmering time a couple of minutes, some nuts were burnt. I will try another recipe next time.

These were quite easy to make and were very good but I decided to add a little salt and brown suger when I tasted them, next time I will add the salt and sugar with the spices before putting them in the oven.

Just okay... I thought it just tasted like sugar with a bit of pecan flavor. The other spices did not seem to come through. I guess it would be good for someone who really likes pure sugar. I won't be making again...

These are okay. The seasoning is okay, needs a dash of salt. The egg white recipe is much better. The nuts are not that crunchy here and the sugar is just sugar. They're a bit messier to eat too. If I was going to make spiced pecans again, I wouldn't use this recipe.

I had great hopes for these, but was disappointed by the outcome. The sugar mixtures would not stick to the pecans well, nor melt to adhere to the nuts, so it was very messy to eat. My suggestion is not to let the nuts & butter drain for more than a few seconds on the paper towel- I let mine drain a few minutes and perhaps that was long enough so that the sugar mixture would not stick. I love nuts, but found it too easy to stay away from these.
