Spiced California Bocconcini and Tomatoes

SUBMITTED BY: California Milk Advisory Board

"The great thing about antipasti is that they can be made as simple or as complex as you like. This simple antipasto pairs bite-size mozzarella balls (bocconcini means 'small mouthfuls' in Italian) with cherry tomatoes. It takes two minutes to make, and it tastes great!"
