Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Curry Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Wash and sort cranberries.
  3. Combine sugar, vinegar, port, orange marmalade, raisins, pumpkin pie spice, curry powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add cranberries and mix well.
  4. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in cranberries and cover with foil. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until cranberries are soft. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving to thicken slightly.
