Excellent. I used Starbucks Javachip ice cream for the bottom ice cream part and and Breyers Vanilla Bean ice cream for the top part. Great pie but that sauce that gets drizzled over the top really is what makes this dessert outstanding. And it's really not hard AT ALL. This one's a keeper.
