I recently made this salmon and it was delicious. I followed other reviewers advice and marinade the salmon for one hour before cooking it. I tried it w/ dill as well and it too was great. I found that I needed to keep it in the oven for about 22 minutes and it was moist and flaky.

This was amazing recipe. I am not much of a fish person but am now trying to eat better and this made me love fish. I put it in my recipe book so i can use it again.

EASY and delicious! Baked a berry pie and left the oven on 400. Had bean dip and crackers for app, salad with ranch dressing, garlic bread, fish cakes, mushrooms and SALMON! Add some champagne for a celebration!
