Half the measuring is done for you because this recipe calls for a baking mix (e.g. Bisquick). Just add the moist ingredients and nuts, mix and bake.

Overripe bananas lend an extra sweetness and a deeper banana taste to this popular bread. This is a low-fat loaf, too, because it does not call for shortening, oil or butter.

In this clever recipe, a popular variation on the peanut butter sandwich is made into a bread! It also calls for walnuts.

Fat-free sour cream and reduced-fat margarine really make a dent in the fat gram count without sacrificing the yumminess factor of this banana nut bread.

This is the best banana nut bread I have ever made! So full of flavor. I double the recipe and give it as gifts. Everyone seems to appreciate it.

You get two loaves of dense and nutty bread. This recipe also calls for vanilla for heightened flavor.

This is so good and reminds me of a real moist kind of a sweet quick bread. Everybody asks for the recipe: this bread is moist, and easy to make too. Note: If you are using frozen blueberries, you can thaw them in the microwave for about 3 minutes. However, you need to increase the amount of blueberries to 3/4 cup.
