very nice salad, it is a good break from normal coleslaw and regular green salad. Has a nice mediterranean flavor that could be used with many different types of meals.

Very simple and delicious! I poured the sauce mixture over the slaw to marinate for a few hours before serving. I also added a whole cup of chopped pepper.

Wow, this is quite unique! The first bite, I didn't really know if I cared for it, but once I was REALLY able to taste all of the flavors, it was like, "Wow"!. A lot of people who tasted commented on how much they liked it, but I do think it's one that is very subjective to people's personal tastes. I used red, green, yellow and orange peppers, and instead of pimientos I used roasted red peppers, and I also added some green onion. Thought it was a great recipe! Thank you!

I've only had this slaw at a Mexican restaurant and became addicted to it. Ingredients are fresh, recipe is easy to put together, and people have gobbled it up at every party I've taken it to.

I substituted prepared dijon and green onions, used apple cider vinegar and olive oil, increased the sugar a tad, subbed red peppers for pimientos, and added a heaping 1/8t of Spanish paprika. Delicious. Even non-slaw lovers liked it.

To make it a little healthier, I used Grapeseed Oil instead of Canola and substituted honey for the sugar (just used a pinch of sugar). Still got the great flavor. Also, I chop in fresh red bell peppers along with the green pepper, and typically use roasted red peppers (from the jar) diced up in lieu of the pimentos for added flavor.

I don't like really sweet recipes, but this one wasn't sweet enough. Didn't have pimentos, but other than that I made it exactly by the recipe.
