Very good! I doubled the dressing because we like things extra "saucy". Took to an outdoor barbecue and everyone loved it!

I don't like really sweet recipes, but this one wasn't sweet enough. Didn't have pimentos, but other than that I made it exactly by the recipe.

Pretty good. I used splenda to make it low carb, and added a bit of cumin and chipotle to the dressing. Very good.

Really really tasty slaw, and pretty, too. I come back to this recipe again and again. I frequently sub roasted red peppers for pimentos because I typically have them on hand. Also sometimes use artificial sweetner to keep it low carb. Very good and easy. Keeps well also.

My husband loved this recipe and he is not a big vegetable eater. I'm making it again for the second time in one week. It is a nice change from the mayo-based recipes and tastes like its from a 5 star restaurant. We had no leftovers.

Very good recipe - a light take on traditional cole slaw. I spiced mine up with some pepper sauce too, which was good.

I added cumin and lots of cilantro or this would have been bland while also being too sour with vinegar for my family's taste. But it was fresh tasting and went really well with black bean enchiladas. My fiance gives it 4 stars though.

Enjoyed this recipe. I made a few substitutions: No pimento, nor celery seed. Used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Used Chipotle Pepper Mustard, and a little lemon zest. I'd like it a little more sour...perhaps a little lemon juice. I'm adding the sauce to the cabbage/pepper mixture so it can marinate.

My husband doesn't care for sweet slaw so when I found this recipe I gave it a try. It was a hit with the whole family, very refreshing. I followed the recipe exactly and it was a great compliment to ribs & corn on the cobb. I'm sure it's going to be the house recipe from now on.

We love this recipe... I've made it both with and without the addition of cilantro. We like it better with about a handful added. I've also used red, yellow and orange bell peppers, chopped, about 1 C. total. It makes the slaw colorful and adds a nice flavor. Really a nice addition to our table...thanks for a keeper!

This recipe is really good. It's a nice departure from the mayo based slaws. I used the 16 oz. bag of 3-Color deli slaw. I left out the grated onion and instead added 2 minced green onions. I didn't have ground mustard on hand, so just used prepared yellow mustard. VERY GOOD!

My boyfriend liked this, but I thought it was just OK. It was too vinegary for my taste (I used apple cider and white wine). I used more pimiento, and I subbed agave for the sugar. The celery salt and onion added an interesting flavor. Next time, I'll add some black olives to smooth out the tang of the vinegar, and I'll scale back the vinegar to 1/4 cup.

I used 3 cups red bell pepper which made a very pretty and delicsiou salad. In the dressing I substituted 3 of the 4 tsps of sugar with spenda and it was fantastic. I stored the salad and dressing separately in the refrig and combined them for one serving at a time. Gave my weekly menu a nice variation and taste treat.
