Very good (and easy) I did brown the sausage first. Ended up using leftover rice so I just added it at the end to heat through.

We make this regularly. I double the gr pepper, celery, and onion. I also use way more olives than is called for b/c that's what makes this dish unique. Serve this up with something bland (especially for the kids) as it does have a bit of kick to it.

This was great and SO quick & easy. I did brown the sausage beforehand as a personal preference. Thanks for posting!

Very Easy to make. I browned the rice mix according to the box and also browned the sausage. I only had beef flavored mix, so I used that in place of the spanish flavored rice mix. I used rotel tomatoes which had a little too much heat for my taste, but all in all I did like the dish. Next time I will probably us regular diced tomatoes and canned mild green chilis.

Easy and the kids ate it up. We like peppers and onion so we put more. We also drained a can of corn and added that. I think it's great for lunch with a salad.

I found this to be a cheap meal, but I think I should have browned the smoked sausage first as well as the vermicelli (sp?) as suggested on the box (or did I get the wrong stuff?).
