Very good. I used tomato sauce instead of canned tomatoes. Also added cheyanne pepper and mexican oragano to spice it up. Will make again.

This is the best spanish rice I have ever had. Even my husband loved it, which is saying something because he is not much of a rice eater. It's a keeper

My husband does NOT eat casseroles. He single handedly polished off 2/3rds of this recipe in less than half a day!!! Easy, delicious, and the aromas had my family coming into the kitchen to guess what it was! TERRIFIC!!! Thanks!

My kids never eat casseroles, they say I always throw in everything but the kitchen sink. They loved this!! They even ate the leftovers. My daughter says, "It tastes like an enchilada." Awesome!

Oh my this was amazing!!!! I increased the recipe to 10 servings and that was enough for 2 meals for 4 large appetites. The caserole was even better with a little sour cream on top. Absolutely amazing.
