Spinach and Cheese Pie

For this lovely and delicious, deep-dish pie, sheets of buttered phyllo dough make the bottom crust. A fabulous ricotta and feta cheese layer is spooned on, followed by another layer of phyllo, a layer of spinach and mushrooms, and a final layer of phyllo. The pie is then baked until golden and served warm.

This is a double-crusted pie that is filled with a fabulous mixture of saut Eed onions, mushrooms, spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and a beaten egg. The savory filling is poured into a prepared crust, topped with another round of pastry and baked until the crust is golden brown. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving. 

Spinach And Tomato Filo Pastry Parcels

Sheets of phyllo dough are buttered, stacked and layered with spinach, sauteed mushrooms, feta cheese and tomato sauce. The phyllo is folded over to wrap and secure the filling, making little parcels that are placed onto baking sheets and into the oven until golden.

To make this savory pie, first saut E bacon and crumble in the bottom of a pastry shell. Cover the bacon pieces with lots of chopped spinach and a mixture of scalded milk and egg. Then add bits of garlic and onion. Finish with a layer of shredded Jack Cheese and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.

Spinach, cottage cheese, russet potatoes, carrots, olive oil, nutmeg, onions and garlic go into this hearty pie. They are cooked, sauteed, pureed, spooned onto a casserole dish that 's covered with buttered layers of phyllo dough, and baked.
