Added 1/2 cup leftover red wine, 10 oz can whole baby clams and 1 tsp red pepper flakes, otherwise followed recipe as is. Excellent flavor! The addition of capers and red wine got it very close to restaurant quality. Will make this again!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! I have always wanted to try to make something like this so I decided to make this for my husband for Valentines Day. It turned out amazing!! I was very proud of this dish :) I added half of a fresh tomato to this recipe and it was very very good!! I will be making this dish again :) thank you!

For our family of seafood lovers, this didn't not have enough clam flavour...so as I made it I altered adding more clams, more cappers, a little wine, more garlic. It was okay but I won't make it again.

great recipe...sauce wasn't too thick...the wine added to the taste. Next time will use less clam juice.

Wow! This is exactly what I was looking for in a Red Clam Sauce. Deeeeeeelicious! I can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch. I made it exactly as written. It is perfect the way it is.
