This was surprising good!! A nice change from plain roasted squash. I eliminated the butter (to be healthier) and used just a TBS of OO to sautee the onion/garlic. I will definitely make again.....

This is utterly fabulous. Very simple, flavorful, and fresh. I added some diced red peppers for color but even they were not neccessary. I am looking forward to making this again. Hands down, the best spagheeti squash I've ever had.

quick and yummy....nice change of pace as far as vegetables go. it made a ton and i was able to have leftovers for lunch the next day.

I only make spaghetti squash once or twice a year and like to try it different everytime. This was a good recipe, will definitely make again.
